Working Conditions - Physical Requirements

Project proposal development for projects of medium complexity and support of the PMs in complex project proposal development including:

Manage content and information on Project Management’s knowledge base, FAQ, and SharePoint documentation repositories

3+ years of work experience in project management, administrative or related role

Support Project Management group with administrative tasks including billing, job tracking, scheduling, reporting and answers to client inquiries

Assist in the development and maintenance of client and management reports

Remote, work from home opportunity.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Education, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.

Preferred project management qualifications such as CAPM, Project+ or PMP

Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in training delivery, change management, or software deployment.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

1-3 years experience in software or construction project management/project support

Track and report training progress and metrics to project stakeholders and management.

At least 1 year of experience into the project management domain and project management responsibilities.

Experience/Knowledge of Salesforce for managing requirements is slightly preferred.

5 years of technical CMC small molecule experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry

This is a remote-based position located in the United States.

Deep understanding of clinical operations and study management processes.
