We are currently in search of an experienced and proactive Digital Project Manager to manage our extensive digital content production schedule. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end production timeline of our various digital marketing materials, including video and image ads, and landing pages. This role is pivotal in managing our rigorous deadlines and coordinating with our global team across different time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Workflow Optimization: Always be on the lookout for ways to enhance our workflow processes. As the Digital Project Manager, it's your responsibility to propose and implement changes that increase efficiency and accuracy in our operations.
• Proficiency with Project Management Tools: We use JIRA for project management. It's your role to use it effectively to keep projects organized, monitor progress, and guarantee all tasks are completed within scope and on time.
• Developing SOPs: Develop, update, and maintain SOPs for all processes. These should facilitate streamlined operations and consistency across the team.
• Reporting: Regularly report on the status of various projects to the team and leadership, highlighting any potential risks or delays, and proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Coordination Across Time Zones: With team members spanning across Asia, South America, and Europe, the Digital Project Manager should excel at coordinating and communicating to ensure all projects are on track.
• Digital Marketing Project Management: Take charge of the end-to-end process for creating video and image ads, as well as optimizing landing pages. This includes overseeing the pre-production to post-production stages and ensuring all projects are aligned with our brand, meet our quality standards, and are completed within the specified timeline.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams across different time zones.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of DTC e-commerce and social media advertising.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software (JIRA is a plus but not required)
• 2+ years experience as a Project Manager in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced startup marketing environment.
