About the role:


The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing Hach Flow Data Delivery Services solutions. We will rely on you to deliver projects to customer expectations in a timely and cost effective manner, prioritizing, coordinating, and collaborating with several key stakeholders along the way. Several locations have been listed for marketing purposes but only one position is available. This role will require up to 15% domestic travel.

You will:


  • Complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner, prioritizing and communicating effectively
  • Work closely with internal field service and tech support and 3rd party field service providers to ensure flow equipment is properly installed, maintained, and removed efficiently, with a goal of >95% uptime
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders during project implementation
  • Measure project performance to identify and champion continuous improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver project requirements
  • Address incoming questions from stakeholders and provide prompt, accurate answers; advocate for the customer
  • Manage Hach Flow Data Delivery Services Projects from order to completion with minimal guidance
  • Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Report improvement opportunities to key stakeholders and collaborate to implement changes
  • Document and communicate project status, milestones, and project progress to stakeholders throughout project


Are you qualified?


  • B.S. degree or equivalent education and experience required. Engineering or technical field preferred
  • Previous experience working with municipal governments on public works and/or water/wastewater systems
  • Proven knowledge of and experience with flow monitoring and hydraulics ideal
  • Demonstrated skills or competencies in technical project management, communication, and presentation required
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in project management required

The annual salary for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This range may be modified in the future.


This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
