MUST HAVE:
- 6+ Years of experience in the Creative Project Manager field
- Have experience working in software/tech industry
- PMP/PMI Certification
- Has experience in Creative and Design field
The main function of the Creative Project Manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate creative projects. This person supervises the activities and workstreams involved in preparation and production of various creative projects. This role will oversee the communication between internal stakeholders and clients, and lead project milestones and deliverables.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate creative projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Management and coordination of internal stakeholers, creative agencies and liasioning with clients
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze creative scope, technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, creative, design and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
Skills:
• Creativity, verbal and written communication skills and problem solving ability.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
• Ability to utilize various forms of media, including print, electronic and film.
• Experience with Adobe publishing and graphics software.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Experience managing large scale creative/digital projects
• PMI or PMP certification
