Remote Shopify Project Manager

Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Shopify Project Manager for our client, an exciting eCommerce Fashion Brand whose headquarters is based in Walnut Creek, CA!

This position can sit permanently remote and will focus on taking ownership over the companies core eCommerce shopping platform: Shopify. With plenty of room to create impact, you’ll be working cross-functionally with business stakeholders to gather requirements and development teams to improve the UX of the platform as well as implement new applications.

What you will be doing:

• Communicating and reporting on business outcomes to business stakeholders including VP and C-Suite levels
• Planning for and mitigating downstream impacts of Shopify upgrades
• Taking ownership of the companies core online shopping platform Shopify
• Working cross-functionally with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and then lead the implementation of new solutions
• Coordinating with the development team to increase site performance

What you will need:

• Ability to work on Pacific Time (PT)
• Understanding of order fulfillment ecosystem and how a platform like Shopify integrates with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and ultimately a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Experience leading Shopify application implementations
• Hands-on Shopify experience
• 3+ years of professional experience
