OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney’s multiple television networks. At OMG23, we have the privilege of partnering with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of its integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry’s most iconic brands. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. Responsibilities


Supervisors are vital to the accurate and efficient execution of our digital ad campaigns. They oversee a Project Manager’s day-to-day output and address unique challenges with effective decision-making. An ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience as in Digital Media/Marketing. They will also have a successful record of managing direct reports and cultivating strong client relationships.


Responsibilities Include


  • Manage team bandwidth and campaign assignments
  • Negotiate with vendors or media partners to produce effective solutions
  • Work with other Supervisors and Planning team leads to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure delivery against key milestones, build and manage timelines for campaign execution
  • Participate in marketing brainstorms
  • Work with the Ad Ops team to ensure tags are sent accurately and on time
  • Managing client relationships and addressing any escalated production issues
  • Developing the growth of Project Managers and Coordinators
  • Lead weekly creative status calls with our clients
  • Quickly distribute platform, tagging or creative nuances among the team
  • Advise team on client and campaign nuances and adjust process when needed
  • Train new hires and provide frequent feedback during bi-weekly 1:1 meetings
  • Review media performance reports and suggest creative optimizations
  • Work as the client contact managing day-to-day questions and developing appropriate courses of action
  • Advise on creative feasibility when evaluating new media opportunities
  • Maintain responsive working relationships with internal media buyers, creative teams, and other media contacts
  • Monitoring campaign deliverables and timelines
  • Stay apprised of new opportunities by meeting with media/vendor representatives on an ongoing basis; Formulate POVs
  • Sharing creative insights during cross-functional meetings
  • Conduct a final check on all Specs Documents, Trafficking Sheets, Video Rotations, Kick-Off Call Decks, and Screenshot Decks before they are distributed
  • Supervise all transactions to ensure that the correct information and files are being routed amongst internal and external teams
  • Anticipate production roadblocks and guide the Project Manager towards any course correction


This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.


Compensation Range: $50,000 - $95,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
