Position at Glidewell Dental


Essential Functions


  • Collaborates with Product Owners, Project/Program Managers, and other project-related individuals to ensure work is being accomplished.
  • Maintains, tracks, and updates project communication by preparing and reviewing project proposals, meeting minutes, emails, and other project documentation.
  • Distributes project tasks to appropriate teams and team members while ensuring relevant and pertinent details are relayed such as project expectations, milestones, deliverables, etc.
  • Executes project management administrative and bookkeeping assignments such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents.
  • Meets with project stakeholders to assess overall needs regarding structure, communication, and documentation requirements.
  • Serves as liaison between the project team and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Facilitates and supports the project procurement process.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require, at the direction of management.
  • Assists project team in the development of project management documentation, such as project budgets, schedules, scope statements and project plans.
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results.
  • Monitor project process and progress, while providing updates to project stakeholders.
  • Coordinates the allocation of project resources to ensure a seamless workflow for the project team with minimal disruption.


Education And Experience


  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in project management.
  • Project Management certification (PMI or PMP), a plus.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or company-wide projects, a plus.
  • Associate degree in related field, Bachelor’s preferred.
Pay range: 24.00/HR to 32.00/HR
