Account Manager- Metals Experience

The ideal candidate will be able to use ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison in order to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and management of progress reporting.
• Development and maintenance of customer relationships.
• Initiate the return policy with customers.
• Technical and commercial management of a customer account.
• Liaising between internal production, Quality departments and the customer.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Technical review and preparing tenders for new business.
• Ensure customer inquires are processed and responded to within the required deadlines.

Job Requirements/ Qualifications

• 1-5 years sales experience in O&G industry
• Proven experience of operation in a demanding customer facing role
• High School Diploma; 4 year degree preferred
• Metals knowledge required.
