About the Role:
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-commerce Operations team in the US, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. Responsibilities:
  • Accumulate and share knowledge to drive best practice with internal and external teams.
  • Conduct deep dives to understand seller segment and root causes of seller performance analysis on issues affecting seller business performance and provide the voice of the seller as an input into product development and process improvement.
  • Ownership for channel management and seller communication, instant messaging and other approaches to conduct mass account management activities including forecasting, troubleshooting, seller education, incubation program etc.
  • Aiming at the number of sellers with sales in TikTok Shop, formulate seller's life cycle incubation strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the business for mass sellers through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply.
  • Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above, 3+ years experience in mass account management or mass seller incubation, experience of managing hundreds of sellers is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in a highly results-oriented environment with external customer interaction is required.
  • Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of the US e-commerce landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation.
  • Good at cross-team collaboration and moving things forward, ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111466 - $192533 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
