PressOn Coffee is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Coffee Sales Representative to expand our client base and promote our premium Ethiopian coffee beans. As a Coffee Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships within the coffee industry, connecting with potential buyers, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients, distributors, and buyers within the coffee industry.
Leverage your industry connections to establish fruitful business relationships.
Educate potential clients on the superior quality and unique attributes of PressOn Coffee's Ethiopian coffee beans.
Actively engage in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to promote our products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts with clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and client acquisition, preferably within the coffee industry.
Strong network and connections within the coffee industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of coffee bean quality standards and production processes is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
