Position Overview:

As a Commission-Based Recruiter at Hudson Burnham Real Estate, your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and recruit talented individuals to join our real estate team. You will play a crucial role in expanding our workforce by sourcing and selecting qualified candidates who align with our company's values and objectives. This is a commission-based role, meaning your compensation will be based on successful candidate placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals, to source potential candidates for different roles within Hudson Burnham Real Estate.
  2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Evaluate their potential to succeed in the real estate industry and match them with suitable positions.
  3. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Identify key industry trends and stay updated on the latest recruitment techniques to maximize candidate outreach and engagement.
  4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and maintain regular communication to keep them engaged and interested in opportunities within the company.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices for attracting and selecting top talent.
  6. Employer Branding: Promote Hudson Burnham Real Estate as an employer of choice. Highlight the company's values, culture, and career development opportunities to attract top-tier candidates.

Requirements:
