Position Overview:
As a Commission-Based Recruiter at Hudson Burnham Real Estate, your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and recruit talented individuals to join our real estate team. You will play a crucial role in expanding our workforce by sourcing and selecting qualified candidates who align with our company's values and objectives. This is a commission-based role, meaning your compensation will be based on successful candidate placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals, to source potential candidates for different roles within Hudson Burnham Real Estate.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Evaluate their potential to succeed in the real estate industry and match them with suitable positions.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Identify key industry trends and stay updated on the latest recruitment techniques to maximize candidate outreach and engagement.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and maintain regular communication to keep them engaged and interested in opportunities within the company.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices for attracting and selecting top talent.
- Employer Branding: Promote Hudson Burnham Real Estate as an employer of choice. Highlight the company's values, culture, and career development opportunities to attract top-tier candidates.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates. Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities, performance, and recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field. Experience with commission-based recruitment is highly desirable.
