Overview The Strategic Accounts Director is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients and partners. They are responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing customer relationships. They must be able to effectively communicate with clients and partners to ensure that their needs are met and that their expectations are exceeded. Detailed Job Description The Strategic Accounts Director is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients and partners. They will identify and develop new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and manage customer relationships. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and revenue. They will also be responsible for providing customer service and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
