THE POSITION
We are seeking a Senior Strategic Client Accounts Manager who will be responsible for the development of stakeholder and client engagement models to support, drive and protect the fast and high growth of strategic clients. The Senior Strategic Client Accounts Manager will be accountable for developing and enforcing best in class client and consultant engagement standards and the development of processes for a strategic client. They will work closely with all internal business partners, our consultants and our clients to deliver results while focusing on account effectiveness and performance, mitigating risk and managing compliance efforts for the account.
This includes:
- Supporting the engagement of the SCA team and consultants to ensure effective account coordination and communication
- Supporting the strategic account strategy, planning and management to drive significant account growth.
- Driving client buying relationship expansion and sales opportunities to achieve account revenue and profitability targets
OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
- Engage with the account team to develop strategies to improve brand awareness and perception as it relates to client events, roundtables, targeted campaigns, and philanthropic opportunities
- Draft SOWs for our clients aligning with VMS compliance and language
- Continue to develop a leading-edge stakeholder experience overall to include client, client stakeholder, consultant, RGP internal functions, client procurement and VMS partners
- Enter in SOW contracts by submitting through internal client tools, resolving issues, assessing risk as it relates to standard contract privacy and data questions including VMS navigation and engagement
- Develop and ensure consistency of RGP branding as it relates to marketing materials and presentation of consultant profiles
- Develop deep relationships with multiple buyers, and proactively connects client contacts to RGP solutions and talent
- Understand the client’s business, industry, markets, customers, culture, and priorities
- Improve current processes and enhance end-to-end consultant onboarding
- Support systems and processes relating to consultant onboarding
- Support client and consultant query and issue resolution with diligence and a sense of urgency
- Develop and execute best practices and governance engagement frameworks as it relates to navigating VMS and Procurement
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations
- Established track record for identifying complex problems before they become roadblocks and ability to drive solutions
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university
- Strong business acumen with aptitude to dig into the data and gain insights that drive business opportunities and/or account efficiencies
- 5+ years sales support experience within a Professional Services or staffing environment required
- Excellent stakeholder influence, navigation and management skills including issue resolution, contract management and consultant engagement
- Experience in VMS engagement, navigation, partnership and management preferred
- Experience with Client Relationship Management platforms (CRM) - preferably Salesforce
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to engage and motivate people
