The Role
As the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the largest and most prominent health systems and risk bearing entities across the country. This is a quota carrying role where you identify market trends and design and execute the sales plan to address short-term hotspots and long-term strategic goals. In this role you will lead a small supporting team to help identify and manage sales opportunities, resolve client queries, and increase revenue by promoting the PointClickCare Platform.

The qualified candidate will report to our Vice President of Provider Sales and will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Provider Sales, LTPAC Sales, Market Access, Product, Marketing, Solution Design, Delivery and Customer Success. What You Will Be Doing Day To Day
- Deliver comprehensive, accurate and compelling sales presentations using all marketing and sales materials to key stakeholders involved in the buying process·
- Ensure deliverables arrive on time and fulfill customer requirements, creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Build strong customer relationships with key customer stakeholders and sponsors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of relevant healthcare trends, priorities, challenges, and opportunities and how PointClickCare solutions align and support
- Manage compliance with Provider sales processes including CRM and other sales tools across your team
- Set up KPIs per named account and track and report on key account metrics.
- Regularly communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive accounts through the sales process from qualification thru closed contracting and supporting the groups well through implementation
- Identify creative ways to engage with our strategic accounts balancing a top-down/bottom-up strategy to fulfill ARR and NRR goals.
- Develop account plans, uniform messaging, prospecting approach, and strategic direction for each of your priority named accounts.
- Experience introducing a new healthcare SaaS product to providers
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and driven
- Ability to identify and build relationships with C-suite executives
- Experience working with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other sales related tool
- 7+ years’ experience selling at a healthcare SaaS company, with a record of exceptional performance, demonstrating YOY sales growth, and consistent quota attainment
- Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
