We are currently seeking a Full-Time –Workplace Product FA/CPR/AED, Senior Manager This is a work from home position. You must be able to work in Eastern Time.

What You Need To Know

Working with the Director of Product Management, the Workplace Product Senior Manager is responsible for managing the entire product management lifecycle for the Workplace products (FA/CPR/AED) including leading go-to-market activities for initial product introduction, evaluating product performance and managing the product roadmap. Working with the Director of Workplace Product Management, the Senior Manager leads the entire product management process ultimately delivering high-quality programs in line with market needs. This includes, but is not limited to, working with product management, customer service, service delivery, sales, and marketing teams along with external partners to establish product requirements; identifying product resource needs to meet product requirements; and managing the relationship with Product Development while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product requirements – including quality and delivery timing – are met. The Workplace Product Senior Manager is responsible for understanding market dynamics, technology, and industry best practices as inputs to creating industry-leading programs and services.

WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):

• Standard Schedule- 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, hours could vary.
• Works with product managers on go-to-market activities for instructor/instructor trainer programs.
• Responsible for creation and management of product strategy including managing the product roadmap by incorporating customer feedback and competitive intelligence
• Manage P&L for workplace programs responsible for tracking financial performance of products and identifying market opportunities
• Develops product positioning and value proposition and works with marketing and sales leadership on marketing and sales strategy, campaign execution, and sales training
• Responsible for creation and management of product strategy including managing the product roadmap by incorporating customer feedback and competitive intelligence
• Leads cross-functional and cross-organizational teams (internal to Red Cross and with external distribution partners) through all training program commercialization activities
• Lead and manage external development and testing vendors required to deliver apps into the Training Services marketplace.
• Perform market research and competitive analyses of competitive digital landscapes, providing key stats and summaries to help team forge overall business plan.
• Manage external UAT team through all stages of participation, from installation of product to reporting issues, ensuring all issues are resolved prior to product launch.
• Pay Information: The salary range for this position is $93,000-$102,300. Note that the American Red Cross sets salary ranges aligned to a specific geographic location in which the work is performed. The stated salary range in this posting is an average. The specific salary information will be shared at the time of phone screening based upon your location and qualifications.
• Coordinates customer focus groups and panels for key customer input and pre-sell

What You Need To Succeed

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU THE COMPETITIVE EDGE: 1-3 years of experience as an instructor in EMS, Lay FA/CPR/AED, or Aquatics facility, not necessarily with Red Cross.

• Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years required
• Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel 30-50%.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing financial models to understand the drivers of the business.
• 1-3 years of experience as an instructor in EMS, Lay FA/CPR/AED, or Aquatics facility, not necessarily with Red Cross.
• Ability to simultaneously manage several projects and motivate teams under tight deadlines. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
