7+ years of real estate management experience in a commercial high-rise, campus environment or property portfolio management experience.

Experience with a demonstrated background of vendor management for facility related services.

Strong financial management skills, specifically budget planning, accrual accounting, and variance reporting.

Highly effective vendor management experience focused on providing timely, effective, high-quality solutions.

Liaise with property management with clear communication and transparency on maintenance, project needs, vendors, timelines and coordination.

7+ years of management experience in a commercial high-rise, campus environment or property portfolio management experience.

Experience with a demonstrated background of vendor management for facility related services.

Assist with all aspects of financial management including budget adherence and the ongoing forecasting of operating expenses and capital projects.

Exceptional background in vendor management.

10+ years of facility management specializing in evolving real estate strategies.

Building partnership and stakeholder management

Act as a single point of contact for operations related issues for all employees and managers (NY-based and remote employees)

Travel & Expenses management - advantage

Manage all office services and facilities - pantry and refreshments, cleaning, office supply, and deliveries

Work closely with the Global Operations, HR Finance teams

3+ years of experience in a similar role is a must - tech company - advantage

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strategic calendar management, and making recommendations for your Executive with regard to their time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization

Partner with the building staff and coordinate facilities management as needed.

Own and manage ad hoc projects, events, and travel arrangements as needed.

Manage employee ID badge system, provisioning and terminating as needed.

3-5 years of administrative experience and/or operational experience at a quickly-scaling or large company

3 - 5 years experience in facilities or Workplace Operations management

Minimum of 3 years experience managing supplier and vendors with contract management

Minimum of 3 years of project management

Schedule and manage periodic general preventative maintenance on the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems (5%)

Manage approved project/CapEx budget as it relates to workplace operations and ensure vendor payment (5%)

Working knowledge of commercial MEP systems, specifically HVAC, plumbing, fire and life safety systems, and electrical distribution networks

Provides leadership, coaching and development to direct reports while simultaneously building upon own leadership and people management skills

Lead project management for facilities projects and interact with general contractors to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.

Act as primary liaison with building management and hold accountable for maintenance needs

5+ years of workplace operations and facilities management with a medium-large sized organization

2-3 years of construction management as a project manager, program administrator or similar role.

1-2 years of corporate security management

Develop smart and engaging programs to manage benefits like parking and transportation needs.

Have 5+ years of workplace operations management.

Are an expert in change management and understanding 2nd and 3rd-order effects of changes.

High proficiency in G Suite, Excel/Google Sheets, workplace-related SaaS tools like Envoy, and project management tools like Notion or Asana.

Manage broad Workplace Operations initiatives and goals.

Develop a scalable onboarding and space planning process in partnership with HR, IT, and other teams.

Working closely with the Facilities Management team to ensure high standards in the office

Experience with office coordination, health and safety, and facilities

Works with product managers on go-to-market activities for instructor/instructor trainer programs.

Certification in facilities management (FMP, CMP) a plus. .

Proven environmental, safety and health background in an industrial environment with strong business acumen and operations knowledge
