The Global Workplace Services team strives to create world class office spaces, environments and experiences. As the Workplace Operations Manager, you’ll lead site operations for our San Francisco and Palo Alto offices and partner with our growing global workplace team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage ad hoc projects related to workplace services, operations and development including TI projects
• Build partnerships across Pinterest to create onsite engagement and promote company business objectives
• Manage in-market workplace teams and vendor relationships across San Francisco and Palo Alto
• Oversee Workplace services for the Bay Area, including facilities, mailroom, janitorial, food and beverage
• Maintain communication with landlords and local stakeholders to address any office-related needs
• Support the development of Workplace programs, projects and initiatives to align on services globally
• Partner with real estate, development and compliance teams to ensure operational needs are met for any tenant improvement work, new construction, expansion and other workplace initiatives
• Partner with security, health and safety, and events teams to support onsite operations and employee experience

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work independently and strategically on behalf of the Global Workplace Services team
• Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and create metrics to drive efficiencies
• Expertise in managing workplace operations and coordinating with cross-functional departments
• People Management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a customer service background
• Experience in working with all levels of management including executives
• Willingness to travel as needed
• 7+ years of experience leading facilities and workplace services and operations

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
