We have an opportunity for an experienced retail manager to join our Showroom Management team in North America. This is full time, field-based role covering our retail network of showrooms in West Coast USA.


As the Regional Sales Manager you will maximise sales whilst delivering excellence in all aspects of brand and team, developing the Farrow & Ball brand throughout the Region’s Showrooms and their local markets. You will raise the retail skills, both sales & operational, of Showroom Managers and staff and to coach & empower them to drive the business forward. Working with key stakeholders to ensure Showrooms achieve and exceed targets.


Key Responsibilities of RegionalSales Manager:


  • Achieving Business Plan and Sales Revenue Targets
  • Reviewing systems & processes on an ongoing basis to identify improvements and work with retail management team to implement change as appropriate.
  • Maximising growth utilizing sales/marketing budgets & plans to exceed sales targets
  • Working with the retail management team ensure all Showrooms maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Leading and managing the West NA Showroom Managers providing clear direction and setting objectives supported with regular performance feedback and coaching to ensure you and your teams deliver the Business Plan and objectives
  • Driving and developing sales initiatives that increase ATV, Color Consultancy and conversion.
  • P&L responsibility for showrooms ensuring Showroom Managers have full visibility and understanding for their Showrooms
  • Conducting monthly analysis of business & sales performance. Report back to the business and implement appropriate steps to maximize sales profitability from your insights
  • Agree local marketing for all West NA showrooms and identified market wide events, in collaboration with NA Marketing Manager, within issued budgets
  • Embracing and representing Farrow & Ball Vision and Values across the Showroom network.
  • Ensuring teams are empowered and supported to drive a sales with service culture both inside and outside of the showroom


Your Key Attributes/Experience:


  • Comfortable working with variety of computer software programmes
  • Effective communication skills verbally and written
  • Willingness to travel within your region
  • Passion for interiors and colour would be extremely beneficial
  • Demonstrable strong retail leadership and sales skills
  • Exceptional people skills including management, coaching and development skills
  • Previous Regional Retail management experience in luxury/high end brand
