Warranty Processor Jobs

RumbleOn, the nation’s largest retailer of powersports, is adding an AWESOME team member to support our growth, specifically, a Warranty Processor. This position will work on-site at our headquarters in Irving, TX.

The RumbleOn Warranty Cancellation Clerk will primarily focus on processing requests for warranty cancellations from dealerships, customers, and lending partners in a timely and precise manner. You will be responsible for ensuring that all required documents are collected for the cancellation process and that refunds are properly calculated.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate calculation and processing of all refunds.
• Prepare documents necessary to complete cancellation requests
• Assist with logging, tracking and follow-up of pending requests
• Other duties as needed within the F&I/Administration branch
• Maintain accurate files for all companies.
• Resolves customer concerns and problems quickly and effectively
• Monitor channels of communication for new cancelation requests or status updates
• Work with Department Manager, dealerships and lending partners to close out requests
• Maintains a positive working relationship with all employees, at both headquarters and in the field

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive or powersports dealership accounting/F&I workflows are desired, but not required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel, desired.
• Solid computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a General Accounting/Vehicle Titles/Documentation role supporting dealerships is strongly desired.
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a related role (e.g. administrative, customer service, documentation, business office)
