Summary/Objective: The Purchasing / Warranty Administrator position is responsible for creating purchase orders, tracking, filing warranties and record keeping. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles information for internal departments and vendor partners. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. General business hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with some overtime.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Must pass drug and background screens
• Positive, upbeat personality and willingness to constantly be learning something new.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills while able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with employees, clients, contractors, and the public.
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

• Experience with purchasing and warranty processes
• Working knowledge of construction, HVAC and plumbing industries
• Bilingual - Spanish and English
