Summary: The AR/AP Processor will complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Research vendor statements, phone calls and discrepancies
• Post invoices into the computer system
• Work with other department and suppliers to resolve invoice issues
• Match invoices to receiving documents
• Receptionist relief
• Other duties may be required
• AR/Cash Application cross-training, backup, and supplementation

Requirements

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred
• One to three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Competent with Microsoft Office programs
• Able to work in team environment
• Good problem solving capability
• Detail oriented
• Excellent math skills
• 10 key capabilities
