Sr Warranty Administrator/Vehicle

Provides a leadership role in the administration of the vehicle/GSE warranty program; processes and monitors vehicle claims for collectability or negotiate settlement of warranty claims on behalf of the corporation. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education
Bachelors degree/equivalent in business, transportation, automotive technology, automotive engineering.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years of technical fleet, automotive, or truck maintenance or automotive/truck engineering experience which includes three (3) years warranty administration related experience.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of and experience with contract administration preferred. Knowledge of personal computers and PC programs preferred. Proficiency in developing focus programs preferred. Strong negotiation, human relations and communication skills.
