Overview A Warranty Specialist is responsible for managing and administering warranty claims and ensuring that customers receive the best possible service. They are responsible for ensuring that all warranty policies and procedures are followed, as well as providing customer service and support. Detailed Job Description A Warranty Specialist is responsible for managing and administering warranty claims and ensuring that customers receive the best possible service. They must be able to analyze customer complaints and determine the best course of action.
