Job Description

We are currently representing a leading private fund's advisory business that, due to many deals, is looking to expand its team by adding an Analyst or Associate to its team.


Since its inception, the firm has seen tremendous growth and partnered with a number of top PE funds globally.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Due Diligence of the funds, fund portfolio etc
  • Advise the client on market proposition and strategy
  • Help the sales team in coordinating roadshows
  • Produce relevant marketing materials (Pitch books, teasers, IM etc)


Requirements:

  • Keen interest in PE
  • Excellent written English
  • Degree Educated
  • Minimum of 18 months experience in M&A, ECM, Corporate broking, financial sponsors group, equity research, or other placement business
