Vp - Finance Director

Client / Role Overview

My client is one of the largest healthcare newtworks in the world, partnering with clients to drive meaningful change through innovative communications. As the VP, Finance Director, you'll support the management team in operational decisions and engage in financial analysis. Take the lead in managing project, departmental, and enterprise risks while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Preferred BA in Finance or Accounting, and/or MBA (not required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership in managing risks and driving change
• Full understanding of accrual-based accounting, revenue recognition, and GAAP rules
• 7+ years of progressive industry experience in advertising client finance, including knowledge of various compensation models
• Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with FP&A team for accurate monthly revenue assessment
• Ensure timely billing and manage working capital
• Lead monthly revenue forecasting and variance analysis
• Report revenue tracking and potential risks/opportunities to senior leadership
• Organize and attend client finance meetings
• Analyze client profitability and provide recommendations
• Review and provide input on financial aspects of client scopes of work
• Manage and mentor the client finance team
