Job Description

We are currently representing a leading private fund's advisory business that due to a large number of deals, is looking to expand its team by adding an Associate to its team.


Since its inception, the firm has seen tremendous growth and partnered with a number of top PE funds globally.


Responsibilities:

  • Help the sales team in coordinating roadshows
  • Advise the client on market proposition and strategy
  • Produce relevant marketing materials (Pitch books, teasers, IM etc)
  • Conduct Due Diligence of the funds, fund portfolio etc


Requirements:

  • Excellent written English
  • Degree Educated
  • Keen interest in PE
  • Minimum of 18 months experience in M&A, ECM, Corporate broking, financial sponsors group, equity research, or other placement business
