Job Description

VP of HR – Data Center Company

Location – Atlanta

Responsibilities –

  1. Report directly to the CFO
  2. Take over the entire HR function
  3. Create, organize and execute a new HR strategy
  4. Oversee benefits, payroll and traditional HR systems
  5. Lead talent acquisition; hire, onboard, grow and retain staff

Requirements –

  1. Strong Executive presence
  2. 10 + years of HR experience
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Experience leading HR for a technology company
  5. Success in startup or <50 person company (has scaled a company)
