Human Resources (Hr) Manager

Robert Half HR Solutions is assisting a client located in the Perimeter area with identifying talent for a Contract Senior HR Manager role. This role is 100% ONSITE with the core business hours of Mon-Thursday 8-5 pm and Friday 7-4 pm.
The ideal candidate for the Contract Senior HR Manager role will have:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to inform, advise, influence and confidently partner with C-suite executives and stakeholders on HR initiatives
• Solid understanding and background in employee relations & investigations, workforce strategy, compliance, employment law, organizational development, compliance, coaching, and experience with centers of excellence (benefits, payroll & compensation)
• Proven ability to build, develop and lead HR operations to drive strategic growth in blue chip organizations to support an employee population of 2-5k
• 10-15 years of HR experience
• Excellent program and project management skills

Union negotiations & Manufactuing experience a plus along with HR experience supporting Fortune 500 companies, highly desired!
