Job Description

CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Our executive search client is an established and profitable professional services and technology company. You will report the CEO and interact with the Board of Directors.


Hybrid role with expectation of 25% travel to the HQ office.

Responsibilities:

You will oversee all HR activities: training & development programs, employer branding, recruiting, talent acquisition onboarding, administration and compliance.

You will shape the talent strategy, leadership development, succession planning, executive compensation plans and provide vision and motivation for all employees.


Qualifications:

Minimum 15 years of experience leading HR teams.

Experience reporting directly to a CEO or Business Unit President.
