Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The work location is between Downtown and Gwinnet Country (Atlanta). The human resources assistant is responsible for various functions of the human resources department, including talent, compensation, benefits, leave, reporting, and administration of company policies. The ideal person for this position should have proven experience in Human Resources. This includes benefits administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, benefits, and training. To be a competent HR generalist, you must be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

Requirements
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Must have own vehicle
  • You must have all the documents in order to work in the United States.
  • Minimum of two years experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to display integrity, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English)
