Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager who will take charge of building out our HR practices and processes from the ground up! You’ll be a hands-on, supportive, and engaging team member while driving change in a growing company! We are intentional in looking for diverse candidates, and we will train you! We are looking for a HR Manager that will:


Overview of Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with vendors
  • Run weekly reports: Manpower, Benefits, Key Dates for EE Training, and Anniversaries.
  • Support human resources initiatives and programs:
  • Perform human resource generalist functions involving:
  • Performance and talent management
  • Bring a ‘fire in the belly’ to win, create, and maintain a BEST Place Work Culture by living our Core Values
  • Focus on employee engagement, culture, and initiatives company wide
  • Disciplinary matters, disputes, and investigations.
  • Support the team with new initiatives, as needed
  • Provide support to the VP of Talent
  • Compensation, benefits, and leave


Day-to-Day Expectations will include:


  • Hiring and executing training and development programs
  • Utilizing our ATS and ADP Processing system to run reports, manage talent, and communicate with team members effectively
  • Evaluating performance and providing ongoing training.
  • Staying up to date with industry and HR trends to provide the best support to our branches


Requirements


Requirements:


  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior hands-on Payroll experience
  • Prior hands-on M&A experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven track record as a successful HR Manager with at least 8 years of hands-on HR Generalist responsibilities
