Position Purpose

This position is responsible for providing coordination and administrative support for the Human Resources team. Areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to invoicing, company travel, and employee fleet vehicle management.


Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

  • Invoicing
  • Responsible for company travel coordination
  • Manage employee fleet cars
  • Manage company pool cars
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Help organize team member events
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Various projects as needed
  • Assist in managing company uniform program


Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be able to work full-time
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or Finance
  • Must pass drug screen, background checks and any pre-employment tests as applicable
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with a focus on detail
  • Must have the ability to relocate to our headquarters in Savannah, GA


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

  • Desire and proven ability to learn and grow
  • Must be open to domestic and international travel
  • Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings
  • Comfortable in an in-person office environment
  • Technical competence is a plus
  • Must be customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
  • Must have excellent follow-through skills
