Digital Field Experience Lead Jobs

Serves as Tier 3 escalation for Cat Digital Support related to telematics, Cat Remote Asset Monitoring & CPI projects.

Troubleshoots installation issues and resolves dealer product support challenges both on-site and remotely.

Tracks, manages, and communicates issues with the CPI team.

Bachelor’s degree or progressive related job experience

Knowledge of Cat RAM and telematics hardware used by Electric Power - PLE, PL542, PL444 etc.

Understanding of additional Cat systems such as DSP, Equipment Data Records, Remote Services, Cat Gateway, etc.

Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions and drive growth

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Develop, execute and manage SEO strategies including coordinating keyword strategies with the product marketing teams.

Monitor user experiences/journeys for CRO, and recommend improvements to keep the website modernized.

Conduct industry research and competitive intelligence to ensure the digital experience meets changing user expectations.

Drive a culture of experimentation, utilizing A/B testing, rapid prototyping and iterative development to continuously improve product performance and user experience.

Experience in product support for MarTech/Marketing capabilities.

Deep familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital banking.

Experience in application development in financial services, preferably in banks or other financial institutions.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Passion for user experience and drive user centric product decisions.

Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills; Risk Management;

Be comfortable with IT tools and management of project through Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

10-15 years’ experience in digital marketing platforms

Ability to lead, manage and grow a team to support these initiatives

Experience with Adobe Digital Marketing Platform a plus

Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.

Experience and expertise in change management, project management and continuous improvement with a strong focus on detail on follow through.

Experience in service, retail or hospitality businesses (multi-unit and people services businesses), preferred.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority.

Solicits and shares input from business partners and leaders to create targeted people programs/solutions that further enhance associate and organizational effectiveness.

Fulfill other related duties as assigned.

Understanding of business processes and an ability to influence business leaders to bring innovation and transformation to the organization beyond P&O.

Project Management: Exhibit proven success and ability to use advanced project management skills to complete and advance work.

Gather Requirements: Drive higher complexity requirements and solutioning and may need to lead requirements gathering across multiple business areas / enterprise.

6 - 8 Years Prior Experience in a Business Analyst/Business Architect position with demonstrated success.

Proven collaboration skills allowing them to influence without authority with all levels in the organization.

Domain expertise via previous internships or similar roles in the past Certifications demonstrating mastery of role specific competencies.

Author User Stories and/or Features: Author complex user stories and/or features independently while reviewing P3 and below user stories.
