This is an exciting role that will be responsible for driving the reach and resonance of the brand. Our client is one of the pillar brands within natural foods – one of the original natural brands in the market. We need to step-change brand resonance with today’s consumer and drive massive trial and penetration to achieve aggressive growth objectives. This will require fresh thinking on brand comms and media to ensure we stay true to our roots but make the brand as exciting and distinctive as possible with today’s consumer. In essence, you’ll be responsible for turning Back to Nature into a distinctive, modern lifestyle brand.
How the Role Will Measure Success
- Content and key visuals for placement across platforms, formats and media channels.
- Manage the relationship with the Media Agency by identifying, defining and monitoring KPIs for performance and cost.
- Support brand team/agency on creative strategy and comms development
- Manage, develop and optimize the omnichannel Communication Plans, working with brand, media agency and sales (as appropriate).
- Manage content and budgets relative to advertising production, ensuring the proper time-to-market planning and execution in line with the Brand Media Strategy and creative brief
- Work with Sales and Brand to build a thriving Ecommerce business with our customer partners and Amazon.
- Optimize media spend on a real-time basis, taking into account data, analytics and other performance KPIs.
- Create and manage brand partnerships/collaborations.
- Manage relationship and performance of social media agency
What You Will Bring to the Table
· A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media or Communication
· Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a media agency / digital media agency / company's media planning & buying department
· Solid knowledge of media strategy, terminology, and analytics, including online and offline channels
· Strong analytical skills with emphasis on digital media reporting & analysis
· Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
· Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail, strong organizational / project management skills
· Integrated account and/or project management experience
- Experience with media planning tools such as Nielsen, Com Score, DoubleClick and Google Ad Words
- Experience managing Programmatic media campaigns
