The Online Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing online sales and marketing initiatives, with primary responsibility to qualify and manage leads and customer requests for our local communities.
  • Utilize CRM Program, Lasso
  • Collaborate with New Home Consultants on general sales and marketing efforts
  • Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting an on-site appointment with the New Home Consultant
  • Additional responsibilities as needed
  • Provide basic information and marketing material to prospects
  • Qualify leads based on wants & needs
  • Be well versed in each active community marketed at the division level
  • Attend Weekly Sales Rallies
  • Create and deliver ongoing e-mail campaigns
  • Track and report lead activity and sales conversion
  • Respond to all e-mail and phone leads immediately
  • Monitor third-party competitor websites and online advertising
