Supervise small, remote team, providing guidance and support in a management and mentorship capacity.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Oversee and manage all aspects of business operations from specific project execution management to overarching backend operational support.

Support in the management of contractors, vendors, and/or interns including time-tracking, invoicing and confidentiality.

Track and manage revenue projections, expenses, profit & loss for the business.

Manage business software and tech stack, ensuring we are optimized for our needs but cost efficient in how we invest.

Encourage and support students as they gain the skills and knowledge necessary for success

Ability to counsel and coach success coaches to offer a better student experience provides timely information and feedback

Process Management: Understands how to separate and combine tasks into efficient workflow and can simplify complex processes

Prior online education experience required (either as an online facilitator or online student)

Experience in academic advising of nursing student population in higher education preferred

Experience and/or knowledge in the healthcare environment and patient services

Continuously monitor academically at-risk students and recorded activities, progress and communications within the student management system

Assist student in developing educational plans and strategies to improve student success.

Minimum of an associate degree, bachelor’s degree preferred, and experience in a related field

Teaching experience and experience with online learning/learning systems preferred

Experience working with adult learners, first generation college students, and students from diverse backgrounds

Conduct First Day Workshops as necessary for new students.

Oversee of the biennial Hall of Fame inductions, including management of selection committee

An equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Three years or more of relevant work experience

Independent self-starter with developed problem solving skills

Strong interpersonal versatility skills for building relationships with campus partners, alumni, and outside constituents

Planning and organizing skills; strong attention to detail

You have virtual coaching experience

Experience in situational, or adaptive leadership coaching is highly desirable

At least 4 years of professional experience, with the relevant certificate, license or diploma
