The Sales Director is an individual contributor role developing and winning new business by championing the innovative power of our products to help subscription companies improve subscription revenue and retention!
What will your job look like?
- Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline through self-prospecting, and working with marketing and SDR teams.
- Deliver assigned bookings and revenues quota.
- Identify customer stakeholders and target personas and define the sales account strategy and own its execution to secure new enterprise logos.
- Own the entire sales process and account strategy for named enterprise accounts and assigned industry verticals and hunt for new logos.
- Effectively influence internal cross-functional team members to drive sales success.
- Manage multiple opportunities through the entire cycle, working with cross-functional teams as needed, and serving as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.
- Work closely with the SDR and marketing teams to research territory and formalize a “go-to-market” strategy, build a target account list, and craft campaigns to generate new opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales as well as accurately forecast sales opportunities and deliver revenue accordingly.
- Position Vindicia Retain solution through value-based selling, business case definition, return on investment analysis, references, and analyst insight.
All you need is...
- 10 years of SaaS software solutions field sales experience selling into large enterprises, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding assigned sales goals/quotas.
- Proven track record of self-prospecting for new enterprise accounts, converting them to sales.
- Experience with payments solutions, and e-commerce, with a detailed understanding of card payments transaction flows and challenges is a must.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve new sales for the company, enabling effective collaboration and alignment.
- Credibility at all levels with prospects and clients, with evidence of establishing successful and long-lasting business relationships internally and with the customer.
- BS degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Existing network of contacts in large enterprises and potential partners within the territory.
