We are building out an Experience Management function, and we’re looking for a senior experience manager to oversee our key US site for our advisor audience and to activate on this opportunity.

We are building out an Experience Management function, and we’re looking for a senior experience manager to oversee our key US site for our advisor audience and to activate on this opportunity.
The role
- Handle sign-in related issues between client-facing Advisor services group and Web platform team
- Establish a content operating model while ensuring awareness of global firm activities and priorities
- Ensure urgent updates are made to site in fast market moments e.g. Geopolitical crises
- Manage overall site health including but not limited to user journeys, content & pages for consistency and broken links
- Be the first point of contact for our business stakeholders for our Advisor Center site
- Oversee strategic topics such as accessibility, SEO and page performance and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure we are performant, compliant and meeting the highest standards
- Deliver site reports leveraging the Marketing Measurement Framework
- Coordinate with global publishing group to ensure smooth operational model, high publishing standards and that issues are being raised and resolved on the site
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build excitement and consensus among the core team, our partner groups and executive management
- Flexible, collaborative, empathetic leader who doesn’t mind getting hands on when required to help the team
- Experience with using agile to build a transparent, inclusive and focused environment for teams to deliver their best work
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Proven track record driving an initiative to completion, making informed trade-offs as new information emerges and sweating the last 5% of the details that make a product our users love and our team is proud of
- Curiosity for our business, clients and mission
- Several years’ experience overseeing experience for awesome digital products and propositions, ensuring experience is delightful for clients throughout the product lifecycle
- Supremely organized and able to prioritize your time to have the greatest impact on the team and on our initiatives
- Ability to take complex customer and business problems, break them down in a clear, structured way and build novel, creative solutions that solve business and client needs
