Job Description

GapNurse, the 360° Nurse Ecosystem revolutionizing healthcare, is seeking driven and experienced Sales Executives to join our team. Our innovative solution is dedicated to reducing turnover costs and supporting caregiver retention while simplifying compliance, labor procurement, and caregiver workflows.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process from lead identification through qualification, objection handling, and closing.
  • Represent GapNurse’s comprehensive portfolio services offerings and introduce relevant services to clients based on their specific business needs.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand GapNurse’s customer base.
  • Work from home with openness to travel, as required.
  • Drive revenue growth and meet ambitious client acquisition objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.


Requirements:

  • Established network of contacts in the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare sales
