- 5 - 10 years of client-facing, institutional experience required. Previous advisor/consultant relations experience is desirable.
- Relationship management experience preferred

- Validated ability to navigate and influence executive level business leaders, both internal and client facing across multiple functions and businesses
- Strong negotiation skills spanning sophisticated financial and service delivery related topics, both internal and client facing
- Ability to lead multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities, balancing the needs of the plan sponsor and the organization.
- Confirmed leadership, coaching, and career developments skills with a tenured team of professionals
- In cooperation with Core Market Segment Leadership, develop strategy and goals for organization that produce year-over-year profitability.
