Are you an accomplished business development leader with a proven track record of building and scaling successful sales teams in high-growth startup environments? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Platform Sales to join our rapidly expanding organization. As the VP of Platform Sales, you will spearhead the sales and business development of our tech driven home care platform to a vast network of small and midsize home care franchise owners. This role will allow you to make a significant impact on our business by building and leading a high-performing, scalable SMB sales team. Your expertise in developing and executing a scalable sales strategy will be instrumental in supporting our growth goals and representing Honor in the marketplace. Responsibilities: Build and scale a high-performing sales/business development team: Leverage your experience in high-growth companies to recruit, mentor, and motivate a sales team that embodies our company culture and consistently delivers outstanding results. Develop and execute a strategic go to market strategy: Create a comprehensive and scalable GTM sales strategy. Drive effective campaigns that generate qualified leads, win new customers, and propel our growth trajectory. Foster continuous product evolution: Collaborate closely with our operations and product teams, establishing a feedback loop that ensures our home care platform aligns with customer needs. Work together to enhance the product value proposition and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Establish targets and drive accountability: Set targets and design sales incentive plans that foster accountability across the team. Your ability to build mechanisms that enable accurate forecasting will be vital in driving revenue and margin goals. Collaborate with Marketing and L&D: Partner with our marketing and learning and development teams to develop and implement scalable programs that educate owners about the benefits and impact of our care platform. Together, we'll showcase the value proposition and drive conversions. Build a roadmap for owner conversion: Utilize your experience in scaling startups to develop a multi-year roadmap for transitioning owners to our care platform. Iterating on initial approaches and demonstrating positive momentum toward near-term goals will be essential to our success. Requirements: Proven track record: You have 15+ years of experience in SMB and enterprise sales, including 5+ years of senior leadership, with a strong focus on building and scaling successful sales teams in high-growth startup environments. Experience in Healthcare, Technology, or selling into franchises is a plus. Strategic mindset: You possess the ability to think both tactically and strategically, delivering in-quarter results while building long-term plans that support forward-thinking goals and aspirations. Resourceful problem solver: Challenges are opportunities for you. Your can-do attitude and ability to overcome obstacles are key drivers of your success. Excellent communicator and collaborator: You excel in cross-functional collaboration and have exceptional communication skills. You can build trusted relationships, negotiate with integrity, and find win-win solutions. You are comfortable presenting to large groups or individuals. Executive presence: You have a strong executive presence and the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with senior-level executives. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is required. About the Work:
