(Remote) Executive Vice President

As the Executive Vice President of Mid America Computer Corporation (MACC), you are a manager of 100+ employees across sales, support, product development, and professional services. Hundreds of customers will entrust you to build the future of MACC, while protecting the legacy of one of the most reputable customer information and billing system serving the telecom sector in North America.

Reporting to a Harris Portfolio Manager, the MACC EVP is accountable for achieving the strategic and financial targets of the business.

This position will be remote from the United States or based out of the MACC office, in Blair, Nebraska.

Our goal is to have you join our team by March 31, 2023.

What will be your impact?

• Head monthly and quarterly briefings to Harris Executives on business plans and results
• Achieve the net revenue and EBITA growth targets set by the company
• Engage and unite with customers to further their success with MACC
• Embolden a sales-oriented culture to grow new name market stake
• Inspire and develop new and existing heads within the organization
• Ownership and vision of a 5–10-year product strategy addressing the needs of our customers and market
• Drive and grow an executive team to achieve business targets

What are we looking for?

• Comfortable with 50% travel
• 5+ years working in the telecom industry
• 10+ years of experience at a senior leadership level
• Experience managing an entire Profit and Lost statement >$10M in revenue
• Sales-oriented and product-minded thinker
• Growth-mindset & capable of building meaningful relationships
• Experience managing a multi-functional group with a minimum of 75 team members
• Excellent leadership & communication skills

Salary: $150,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
