Job Summary:
The EVP of Business Development - Healthcare will lead the focus on the developing plan and analysis around the framework of a healthcare vertical. The EVP has overall responsibility for development and capture of new business. This new leader must provide strong leadership to this industry vertical and ensure alignment with the value proposition offered by Involta, including driving transformation. In addition, he/she will be responsible for developing and executing the new business strategy and strengthening our proximity with related accounts, adding new solutions and new geographies while driving measurable results and supporting the overall success of our market strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide an overlay resource for upselling existing healthcare clients and others in existing regions
- Help build a catalog of services for the healthcare sector
- Provide product input
- Leadership and development of our Healthcare vertical team and driving optimal sales performance in the vertical
- Develop business plan for the healthcare vertical
- Attend healthcare conferences
- Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating ideas, projects and opportunities to develop the healthcare vertical.
- Identify, build the pipeline and help close new healthcare anchor tenants in new markets
- To make Involta the preeminent provider of healthcare IT services in the regions we serve and position us to have a defensible advantage for the long-term.
- Mentor the sales team

Requirements:Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in designing and deploying healthcare opportunities
- BS or equivalent work experience.
- Architectural experience with healthcare platforms.
- A minimum 10+ years of experience in upper levels of Information Technology, specifically healthcare
Skills and Knowledge:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels of business.
- Ability to produce effective strategies and design principals.
- Knowledge and understanding of corporate policy.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Must be able to effectively and calmly interact with individuals in high pressure situations.
- Excellent presentation skills are a must.
- Ability to view and address opportunities objectively without bias.
- Must be able to effectively communicate directly with all levels of business.
- Ability to listen and interpret the needs of customers.
- Effective leadership and the ability to coach mentor and motivate individuals.
