We are searching for a VP to oversee a team of 13+.
The focus is two parts:
1. Train and place high ticket sales reps
2. Place those reps with businesses that need them.
Essentially we are a training and recruiting company for high ticket sales reps.
You will be working directly with the CEO/COO of the company.
Responsibilities
Biggest responsibility: make sure you hire and train the staff. Make sure you manage and train your divisional sales team. Make sure your team is performing at the highest level and the division is profitable.
-Overseeing and ensuring your team is on task and fulfilling their responsibilities.
-Have a daily meeting with team
-Weekly audit of client accounts
-Report weekly to CEO status of client accounts
- Come up with ideas to grow the division
- Implement ideas the CEO/CMO advise on
- Conduct sales calls with potential clients (if needed)
- Manage and train the divisional sales team
- Onboard new clients into our Basecamp system
- Hire & train new staff
- Do 2 weekly sales coaching calls for consulting client business
-Monitor the latest trends in the marketplace
-Develop strategies to help the company be as profitable and efficient as possible
-Proactively seek out solutions to problems
-Communicate with clients to support staff
-Provide regular 1:1 & semi-annual performance reviews
-Act as a point of escalation for client issues
-Participate in a daily manager meeting with other organization managers/executives
-Strategize for ways to ensure customer retention
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the brand
-Analyze KPI's and metrics as it relates to advertising
-Optimize funnel/website data and metrics
Requirements:
-At least 5+ years of sales experience
- Experience hiring, training, and managing people
-The ability to think creatively & act proactively
- The ability to come up w/solutions on your own.
- Must have experience in sales and managing a sales team
- Must have experience in sales training
- Must have experience in staffing/recruiting
- Must have had prior experience running a company or help growing it.
-Must work and be readily available between 9 am and 5 pm EST (we prefer that you live in North America)
Desirable:
-Experience leading a team or in management of any kind
-Experience as an online business owner or solopreneur
-Experience with online business coaching/consulting/sales
-Experience with Zapier
-Experience with Google Sheets

-Must have experience in digital marketing
Benefits:
Pay:$8-13K a month depending on experience (open to negotiation)
