Job Description

SCI, the leading real estate search firm, is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to join an international real estate investment organization and lead the fiscal management of a growing US portfolio of value-add and core plus multifamily properties.


The Vice President will have the opportunity to build and lead the asset management team as the company executes its strategy to grow its portfolio from 3,000 units to 10,000 units. The role will collaborate with the Vice President of Investments in developing the overall business strategy for each asset and will select and lead 3rd party managers and leasing agents while also collaborating with JV operating partners on select assets.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, well-capitalized platform that has invested in US multifamily real estate for 25 years. The company's current assets are located in GA, IN, KY, MD, NY & TX, and though the Vice President of Asset Management can work remotely only candidates within those markets will be considered.
