Position Summary:

The Vice President, Product Management for PeopleScout is a key leader on PeopleScout’s product team. PeopleScout is a global RPO provider, managing talent acquisition solutions that span the global economy, with end-to-end MSP and talent advisory capabilities supporting total workforce needs.

The Vice President of Product Management will be responsible for the roadmap strategy and execution of PeopleScout’s recruiting platform, Affinix. Affinix is a mobile-first, cloud-based platform that creates a consumer-like candidate experience and streamlines the sourcing process.

The successful candidate will focus on delivering new value in response to customer needs, market conditions, and the competitive landscape. This role will collaborate closely with Business Stakeholders and Product Development.

Role/Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be capable of identifying opportunities, defining potential products with associated value propositions, and ensure goals are aligned with the overall business strategy.

You will:

• Partner with the business and technology teams to drive the PeopleScout Affinix Roadmap. Includes both build and buy responsibilities.
• Oversee and deliver Affinix product deliverables for Industry Analyst Briefings and Marketing events.
• Own third party product vendor relationships.
• Lead a team of product management and design professionals across multiple Affinix products/modules: CRM, Data Analytics, Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Support and research strategies to better utilize PeopleScout’s Affinix to grow revenue, client base and increase retention.
• Lead strategy development: identify product market fit, conduct regular competitive product analysis, and identify market gaps in our product offerings.
• Create presentations and artifacts effectively using data to provide product strategy recommendations.
• Create product management frameworks to drive business outcomes, prioritize feature development, and increasing adoption.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate from team to executive level.
• Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to craft compelling presentations and artifacts for C-Level consumption.
• Have 10+ years’ experience building and leading product organizations
• Prior experience with people management and leading teams of 5+ associates
• Have a BS degree in Business or similar domain.

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $200,000 - $220,000 annually. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, extent of expected customer contact, the PeopleScout customer to whom a candidate is assigned, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, PeopleScout offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
