Job Description

Loud Solutions provides outsourced talent solution. We partner with businesses through their journey of growth. Helping them Search, Select, On-Board and Retain talent.


The ideal candidate will manage the overall project responsibilities between Loud Solutions and our customers. Experience managing the end client, conducting and managing interviews, and recruiting is required.


Experience within startup or high-growth companies would be ideal. Other responsibilities will include: conducing interviews, salary and benefit conversations, On-boarding support and long term relationship building.


Responsibilities

  • Networking and event planning
  • Manage all elements of process and scheduling. Strong organization skills are required.
  • Lead all customer facing requirements
  • Job description writing
  • Marketing and company culture creation
  • Manage and lead a search team
  • Lead all aspects of the project including: Candidate search, Interview management, candidate offers and on-boarding


Qualifications

  • Full life cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience working at or for a startup/high-growth business
  • 2+ years' experience in Biotech/Life Sciences
  • Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
  • 6+ years of industry recruitment or account management experience
  • End customer management experience- required


Ability to travel around the East Coast is required.
