Job Description

This is a temporary contract role (approximately 6 months), remote US or Europe

WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced Business Analyst / Technical Writer who has worked in a global organization, with additional experience in the SaaS industry and and proven performance working with financial applications, CRM, etc. You have working experience with SFDC (Salesforce), HubSpot, Microsoft Business Central/Jet Reports, Data Warehouse, and Tableau. Experience on an integration project is a plus. You have excellent analytical and presentation skills, as well as cross functional leadership and influence with the ability to analyze, clarify, and prioritize product requirements, scoping them into product release cycles.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will manage product requirements and communicate for multiple software solutions. You will be responsible for working with the project management and product development teams guiding decisions on product requirements during the development process. You will be required to work with other teams in developing instructional material, internal and external communications, and business processes.


HOW YOU WILL DO IT

  • Work with the Technical Leads and adjust the software requirements, if necessary, based on feasibility and recommendations
  • Analyze Business Requirements and create User Stories and Software Requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to document existing business processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures
  • Liaise with third party vendors and partners and clients in project planning and execution, as necessary.
  • Ensure Software Requirements for consistent user experience.
  • Communicate and work with the Project Managers and Development team contributing to successful software development.
  • Communicate Product Requirements to internal and external users and developers as necessary.
  • Analyze business requirements produced by internal teams and ensure consistency across various departments.
  • Communicate with the stakeholders and ensure alignment for business requirements.
  • Work with the Business Stakeholders to Prioritize user stories based on business priorities, across projects.


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in science and technology fields
  • Preferred knowledge and working experience with SFDC (Salesforce), HubSpot, Microsoft Business Central/Jet Reports, Data Warehouse, Tableau
  • Must be familiar with Office tools, MS Word, MS Excel, and Power Point.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Independent and resourceful
  • Able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and be a great team player.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Technical Writer in a global organization, with additional experience in the SaaS industry and proven performance working with financial applications, CRM, etc.
  • Experience on an integration project is a plus
  • Able make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information under tight deadlines and pressure
