Overview The Manager of Practice Transformation is responsible for leading and managing the transformation of healthcare practices to improve quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes. This role involves working with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to develop and implement evidence-based best practices, and to ensure that the practices are meeting the highest standards of care. Detailed Job Description The Manager of Practice Transformation is responsible for leading and managing the transformation of healthcare practices to improve quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes. The Manager of Practice Transformation will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality of care, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes. This role will also involve developing and managing relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the practices are meeting the highest standards of care. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of healthcare systems, processes, and best practices
• Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement and patient safety
• Ability to develop and implement evidence-based best practices
• Ability to develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, quality improvement, or related field
• Experience in healthcare practice transformation
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, processes, and best practices
• Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement and patient safety
• Certification in healthcare quality improvement or related field (preferred)
