Job Summary
As our Technical Writer Associate, your role will be key in ensuring our patients receive optimal personalized care. You will actively contribute to the daily tasks and responsibilities related to crafting Medical Letters, playing a vital part in the patient care process.
Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date approvals or changes within electronic systems
• Meet with clinical, admin, and billing team on upcoming treating physician dates, completed Medical Letters, changes in patient statuses
• Proofread created Medical Letters for necessary edits or any creative insights/suggestions
• Follow-up on submission of Medical Letters with authorized representative, patient, or family member
• Revise and update Medical Letters as they are due using various data including previous doctors visits, nursing notes, assessments, and other pertinent information
• Complete Medical Letter templates using medical record information gathered from multiple sources
• Maintain ongoing communication with treating physician offices on incoming documents, pending forms, follow-ups

Qualifications

• Proficient written communication skills, demonstrating proper sentence structure and grammar in a professional context.
• Capable of adapting to unexpected changes, promptly shifting focus from current tasks to new assignments.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Docs and Sheets.
• Enthusiastic about and experienced in conducting research.
• Proficient in proofreading to ensure accurate and error-free documents.
• Prior experience in nursing, CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), medical assistance, or other relevant medical background.

• Full time remote Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (MST) <---do we want MT time? do our east cost staff work MT?
• We offer a competitive compensation of $50,000-$55,000 annual salary, health benefits, PTO, 401k
